My interest in nutrition began in 2001, after being diagnosed with breast cancer.
Whilst undergoing conventional chemotherapy and surgical treatments I discovered nutritional therapy, which helped support me physically and emotionally during this time.
The changes to my well-being were such that my interest grew and I decided to train as a nutritional therapist.
I achieved a first class BSc Honours degree in Nutritional Therapy from the Centre for Nutrition Education (validated by Middlesex University) and am a full member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), which is the professional body for nutritional therapists. I am also registered with the Nutritional Therapy Council (NTC), which is the professional standards council for the profession.
I am married, with two young children and have a passion
for good nutrition and helping others to find better health.
